THE TRUE MEANING OF JIHAD
True Jihad was only ever used in self-defence. We believe that, nowadays, the best self-defence is to win the hearts of your enemies through peace and love.
WE CONDEMN TERRORISM
Terrorism has never had a place in Islam. We have been condemning terrorism ever since our community was formed over 120 years ago.
WE ARE LOYAL TO OUR COUNTRY
Islam tells us that to be a good Muslim, you have to love your country. You will find our community members voting, serving in the military and even running for office.
SEPARATION OF RELIGION & STATE
Islam states that the politics of government should be separate from the doctrine of religion. Special preference should not be given to a believer over a non-believer.
